About Sue

Sue Gibbons is a commercially focused and collaborative, Sales and Learning & Development professional. A sales specialist by origin, Sue has held Senior Training Management and Sales Management roles for major companies prior to launching and managing a successful Sales, Management Training & Development and Coaching consultancy in 1995.

A solution focused coach; Sue works with a wide range of industry sectors, including Recruitment and Search, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Sales, FMCG, Consultancy, Publishing and Further Education and works with individuals and groups from Executive to operational management level. She is also a Coach on the Henley Business School, University of Reading, MBA and Leadership Programmes.

Sue has designed and implemented organisational training and coaching programmes for many SME and blue chip organisations, which have made a measurable, positive impact on performance with both individuals and strategic groups.
