Our unique Open programmes offer a fantastic learning platform for individuals, smaller organisations and for those wishing to complement their learning with new ideas and networking opportunities.
IN-HOUSE PROGRAMMES
CorporatePD has built long lasting relationships with many organisations, across a wide range of industry sectors who have invited us to create unique learning solutions based on all of the factors affecting the performance of their people.
We look closely at their organisational ‘BECKS’ (Behaviour, Environment, Clarity, Knowledge and Skills). We then design and deliver bespoke development solutions and help our clients to implement new processes and approaches to ensure on-going transfer of learning to the work place.
Our in-house assignments have included search and selection projects, competency assessment, development and delivery of induction and on boarding programmes and creation, implementation and evaluation of modular leadership and sales training programmes.
OPEN PROGRAMMES
The launch of our open programmes has enabled individual learners and smaller organisations to benefit from our interactive workshops for Sales professionals, Recruitment Consultants and Managers.
Our open training is run as modular programmes with inter-modular tasks to encourage and support transfer of learning. Workshops offer delegates the opportunity to understand and practice new tools and techniques whilst sharing knowledge, experiences and ideas with other learners.
Our workshops are held in beautiful Chicheley Hall near Milton Keynes in north Buckinghamshire, just 5 miles from J14 M1.
